Raj joined Duncan Young Consulting as an Associate in 2012 and is an integral member of the team.

He studied Drama, Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy at Flinders University and is a NIDA graduate. 

​

Raj has established a successful career as an actor, teacher, facilitator and consultant in the corporate world consulting, coaching and training executives and staff in presentation skills, communication training, media coaching, conflict resolution, leadership capability, change implementation and change management, sales development, as well as strategic thinking and planning and review/lessons learned workshops. 

​

He is a certified trainer in Human Synergistic LSI tools, as well as providing individual and team executive coaching to DISC, Myers - Briggs and Decision Dynamics for the past seven years. 

A highly skilled facilitator and coach, Raj also writes, produces and directs high-end multi-media videos for corporate and government websites.
