Claire Jones has 18 years of experience in the Learning & Development industry with abroad range of expertise and experience which has enabled her to design and deliver projects end to end, either single-handedly or managing a team. Claire’s strength lies in her strong work ethic and ability to work together with the client in identifying the issue or need and then designing a creative solution that will engage the participants, address the issues and meet that need. Claire’s background in performance (a professional actor and teacher since 1989) compliments her skill set in L&D.

 

Claire has developed a range of skills in L&D including: coaching, training, facilitating, corporate acting, role play, delivering diagnostics, consulting, researching & writing Forum Theatre scripts,designing innovative bespoke programs using blended learning solutions and instructionaldesign. She is experienced in working with all levels of organisations; frontline, managerial and executive.
