LEADERSHIP

RESOURCES

Our approach to learning is based on the philosophy that leadership is a complex set of skills that need to be continuously honed and practiced.

Our action learning workshops provide a safe and supportive place to do this. Through simulations, role-plays and collaborative forums, attendees are encouraged to experiment with a range of practical approaches to various leadership challenges. Every participant is given feedback and coaching which is tailored to their individual development needs.

To maximise the time spent in workshops on action learning we have created a suite of videos explaining the frameworks, models and principles on which our workshops are based. As a precursor to the workshop experience, these videos give participants the base knowledge and understanding that they need to be able to practice and experiment within the workshop environment.
