Ingrid Slater is a dynamic leadership facilitator, Executive Coach, organisation/learning & development strategist and consultant with 25 years’ experience in optimizing leaders, teams, business development & strategy.
Ingrid designs and delivers customized learning programs for leadership and executive teams in corporate and public sector Australia and in UK, USA and South Africa.
Moving from South Africa to Australia in 2003, Ingrid’s recent and current clients include a global health services organization, global systems and electronics provider to the Defence Force, government regulation department, Fortune 100 corporations, professional services (financial and legal) and not-for-profit organisations. With a background in Psychology, Drama, Adult Learning and change management, Ingrid’s facilitation and coaching style is collaborative, outcome focused and practical, achieving sustainable and genuine results.
She has designed and delivered programs in leadership, change management, diversity & inclusion, presenting with impact, business development, team development, managing conflict, coaching skills for leaders, and media skills.
